Managing Your TCI Account
I’m a long-time subscriber to Stephen Leeb’s Complete Investor. This is my first experience with Investing Daily. How do I log into the Complete Investor website?
At Investing Daily, we welcome Stephen Leeb’s subscribers to our family!
- If you’re a long-time Complete Investor subscriber and have logged into Stephen Leeb’s former website, you can log in here using the same email address and password that you used with the former website.
- If you’re a long-time Complete Investor subscriber and have logged into Stephen Leeb’s former website, and you know your email address of record but not your password, follow the instructions on that same page to receive a password-rest email.
- If you’ve never logged into any Complete Investor website before, call Investing Daily’s friendly Customer Service reps during normal business hours at (800) 832-2330.
I just began my subscription to The Complete Investor. How do I log into the website?
If you’ve subscribed to other Investing Daily publications and logged into their websites, you can use that same email address and password to log into the Complete Investor website now.
If you’re new to both the Complete Investor website and to Investing Daily, to log in the first time you’ll need to register with Investing Daily and create a password. Follow these steps:
Within two days of subscribing you should receive an email from us with your new account number. If, for some reason, you don’t have that information, please call our Customer Service Department at (800) 832-2330 during regular business hours.
Once you have your account number and email address ready,
- Go to the Investing Daily “Access your account” page (see image below)
- Enter your Account Number
- Enter the Last Name that you used as you subscribed
- Enter the Email Address that you used when you subscribed to The Complete Investor
- Create a Password, and then enter it a second time to be sure
- Click the green “Register Account” button
- Proceed to the Complete Investor website
- To log in, enter your email address and new password
- Click the yellow “Log In” button.
It is important that you use the email address here that you used when you subscribed to The Complete Investor.

I’ve lost my password and can’t log into the website. How can I retrieve it?
If you ever forget your password, you can retrieve it yourself using the “Forgot your password?” link next to the yellow “Log In” button on the website’s home page.
Simply enter your email address in the “Email address” box and click the “Forgot your password?” link. Within a minute or so, you’ll receive an email with your password in your inbox.
To maintain maximum security after using this process, we recommend that you proceed to change your password – see how to update your account information in the next question.
If you continue to have trouble logging in, please contact Customer Service at (800) 832-2330 during normal business hours for help and a “Quick-Access Link.”
How can I update my postal address, email address and password? How can I change the kind of emails I receive from Investing Daily?
There are two ways to update your account:
If you need to update your postal address, email address, or password, please log into the Complete Investor website and then click on “My Account” in the top-right of the website. Choose the “Contact Info” and “Password” tabs to enter your new information.
While logged into “My Account,” you can also choose “Notifications.” Checking and unchecking these boxes controls what kind of email we send you.
On the “Notifications” tab, please be sure that “Issue Notifications, Trade Alerts, and Flash Alerts” is always checked, since unchecking that box means that you won’t receive Stephen’s critical Trade Alert emails.
