TRADE RATIONALE

TOL is cheap and under normal circumstances I would consider extending this trade, but with talk of trade wars stoking inflation fears I am going to close out this position now that its target holding period has expired.

We can make more money trading a mining company in this inflation-driven market than we can with a homebuilder, so I will also be issuing a buy alert today for Pretium Resources.
