Criteo

The Paris-based digital-advertising company filed a lawsuit on Monday that alleges that rival firm SteelHouse ran a “counterfeit click fraud scheme.” Criteo alleges that SteelHouse counterfeited clicks, which stole credit for sales that should have been attributed to Criteo.

The suit also alleges that SteelHouse used this fraudulent data to market itself to potential customers as being more efficient in converting browsers into paying customers. .Criteo claims that this caused them to lose important business.

Criteo is seeking “millions of dollars” in damages and legal fees. The suit says that SteelHouse’s actions have “irreparably harmed” both Criteo and the entire digital-advertising industry.

SolarEdge

On June 16 SolarEdge announced the compatibility of its StorEdge solutions with LG Chem’s new high voltage batteries.  LG Chem is one of the world’s leaders in energy storage systems.

These batteries will allow residential customers to store the excess energy produced from their solar panels instead of selling it back to the utility grid. As we have discussed previously, some states are trying to reduce the rate paid by utilities for this energy.

With both on-grid and backup solutions, this solar solution allows customers to reduce their dependence on utility rates to justify the price of a solar installation and should help stabilize the residential market.
