I see in your closed trades you have held many options until they are worthless. Why don’t you use a mental stop loss. Same thing on stocks

I am exploring stops on the option prices. The problem I have encountered is that options prices move very quickly. It is not uncommon for them to drop or rise 80% overnight. The question an investor has at that point is whether it’s worth selling at an 80% loss versus the chance of it rising and gaining. As with most investing, the best rules is a work in progress.
