Customer service is giving me the run around so I am reaching out to Linda for assistance. I am a good customer with Investing Daily as a current subscriber to Options for Income and Velocity Trader. Through an e-mail from Investing Daily, I was introduced to the Profit Catalyst Alert service. The presentation said if I signed up for Profit Catalyst Alert and was dissatisfied for ANY reason in the first 60 days, I would receive a full refund. I have tried the service since 12/2/17 and found it is not for me. So I called Customer Service and have had 3 representatives tell me there is no refund. I tried calling back to get a supervisor and now no one will take my call. Would someone please help me.
