Sell TAL Education (NYSE: TAL).

Last week, we mentioned that we moved TAL Education to our watch list as a possible sell candidate due to an action taken by China’s Ministry of Education. Based on the uncertainties created by President Trump’s focus of tariffs on China and the possible deterioration of relationship between the two countries, and the potential market volatility an escalation could bring, we have decided to take the gain on TAL for now. Very high expectations are baked into the stock, and the stock action tends to be volatile.
