They have been raising their dividend every quarter for the last couple of years even though their payout ratio is above 100%? Do you have any views on it?

They have an interesting group of companies. I didn’t realize they owned Hawai’i Gas, but I am familiar with that company having lived in Hawaii. I will have to dig a bit more into the company but I don’t like payout ratios above 100%. On the other hand, S&P Capital IQ has a consensus analyst rating of “Buy” on the company, with a potential upside based on analyst targets of 26%.
