Buy W.R. Berkley (WRB) and WisdomTree Investments (WETF)

1. The Value Portfolio is adding property casualty insurer W.R. Berkley (WRB).

2. The Momentum Portfolio is adding ETF Asset Manager WisdomTree Investments (WETF).
